As many of our locals will know, we’re huge gin-thusiasts over at the Crown & Garter. Which is why we’ve teamed up with expert heavyweights Sipsmith and Fever Tree to bring you a one-night-only G&T Supper Club experience.
Meet the makers up-close-and-personal as they immerse you in the wonderful world of our country’s most favoured drink.
Our Head Chef Karim has been working closely with Sipsmith and Fever Tree on a seasonal five-course menu, which will be paired perfectly with five iconic gin and tonic serves.
Smoked belly of pork, black pudding crumb, pickled apples and crackling
Baby heritage carrots, hummus and dukkha
Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle gin cured trout, marinated fennel, confit lemon and watercress
Roasted loin of venison, shallot puree, girolles, savoy cabbage, Sipsmith Sloe Gin glazed baby beetroot and a juniper jus
Pan fried gnocchi with roasted butternut squash, sheep rustler cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds and a sage brown butter
A selection of three cheeses with our own chutney and crackers
